escomatic center EC 12, the versatile and flexible turning-centre from ESCO for the machining of material with diameters up to 8mm from coil and up to 12 mm from bar is equipped with rotating tool head with 8’000 RPM and four independent cutting tools (two working simultaneously). Up to 3 work pieces are machined simultaneously: turning, front and back machining. Use of commercially available tools and inserts. High flexibility for different kind of applications and work pieces due to the use of two finishing operation units (with one C-axis each) and up to 24 additional tools for drilling, milling and threading operations.
